Laws dismisses Grant rumours
Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws has rubbished talk linking Lee Grant with Manchester City.
Recent reports have suggested City were lining up a move for the highly-rated custodian as they look to bolster their goalkeeping options.
Laws has moved quickly to reject the speculation, insisting Grant is going nowhere after recently signing a new deal at Hillsborough.
"This is a load of rubbish," Laws told the Sheffield Star.
"Lee has just signed a new contract. He is settled, and we have said many times he is not for sale. Manchester City have not made any contact with us."
