Kompany: I paid injury price
VINCENT Kompany has revealed he condemned himself to a longer spell on the sidelines after playing through the pain barrier for Manchester City last season.
Kompany knows he will be out of action for at least another three weeks following a summer operation to sort out a toe problem which first surfaced in February.
