Defender Kolo Toure has called on Manchester City's players to start taking more responsibility on the pitch.[LNB] Manager Roberto Mancini is enduring a difficult time and coming under increasing pressure during his first full season at the club.[LNB]Back-to-back defeats to Arsenal and struggling Wolves on Saturday have raised questions about City's ability to win a Champions League place.[LNB]They are now eight points behind leaders Chelsea after winning only five of their opening 10 league games.[LNB]Toure believes they must recover quickly and said: "We know we are a big team now. Everyone expects us to be at the top.[LNB]"We need to take more responsibility. When you play for one of the richest clubs in the world, you just need to deliver on the pitch.[LNB]"The criticism is good because that will makes us work harder."[LNB]Toure told BBC Radio Manchester both players and the manager had their say following the defeat at Molineux, but denied there were rifts in the camp.[LNB]"No, not at all," he said after Vincent Kompany and Emmanuel Adebayor had a heated argument during the Wolves game.[LNB]"We are a team and in any team there are problems. But the important thing is to try to resolve them in the dressing room and the training camp."[LNB]City travel to face Lech Poznan on Thursday in the Europa League before meeting West Brom at The Hawthorns on Sunday.
