Roberto Mancini has revealed that City are almost certain' to sign Aleksandar Kolarov from Lazio The City boss, speaking during the club's pre-season tour of the USA, has said that he is hopeful of signing the 24-year-old Serbian international left-back this coming week. “I want two top class players for each position,” he said after City's 2-0 defeat to Sporting Lisbon in the Barclays New York Challenge. “I first saw Kolarov in his Lazio debut back in 2007."
