ew Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov has set his sights on overhauling fierce local rivals United on and off the field.[LNB] Kolarov is just one of Roberto Mancini's summer signings as the Eastlands outfit hope that another busy transfer window will help them for Premier League glory.[LNB]The Serbia international left-back is relishing the opportunity to test himself in England's top flight after his reported £19million switch from Lazio.[LNB]And he feels that the challenge of overtaking Sir Alex Ferguson's trophy-laden Red Devils is the ideal motivation.[LNB]Kolarov said: "City is a club that is going places. I hope that City will become better than United and will become better known than United are now.[LNB]"The Premier League is probably more aggressive than Serie A but I am ready for the challenge.[LNB]"I had opportunities to go to other clubs but I decided to come here because I could see that it is a club that is growing. I'm happy to be here.[LNB]"The squad is very strong and over the next few years we want to win the league and the Champions League and that is the focus. I will give 100 per cent to try to win the fans over."
