Adam Johnson admits any player joining a big club such as Manchester City needs to learn to deal with a rotation policy.[LNB] The England winger has started just three games this season, with more appearances coming from the substitutes' bench.[LNB]But the former Middlesbrough man, who will be hoping to feature against Aston Villa on Saturday, insists that is the price you pay for being at a club with such big resources.[LNB]"If there are two games a week and you play in one, you have to be happy with that," said Johnson.[LNB]"It's the price of playing at such a big club. [LNB]"Physically, you can't play every single game and if you want to win trophies, you have to play your part and give everything when called upon."[LNB]Johnson is hoping he will see plenty of action in coming weeks, adding: "There are plenty of games coming up and we want to win every competition. [LNB]"There will be a lot of chopping and changing as the season goes on."
