Joe Hart has demanded his Manchester City team-mates take some of the scoring burden off the shoulders of Carlos Tevez. [LNB]City's inspirational skipper Tevez has scored nine Premier League goals to help his side into fourth place in the table while Mario Balotelli, Jo and Emmanuel Adebayor have managed three leaue goals between them. [LNB]Eastlands goalkeeper Hart said: 'We've been called a one-man show and it's hard not to be when that one man is absolutely brilliant and stands head and shoulders above most players on the planet. [LNB] Star man: Captain Tevez has been excellent for Manchester City this season[LNB]'We're trying to help Carlos. He realises it's not all on his shoulders. We have to create passes for him to score, and he creates passes for the other boys. It's starting to come together.' [LNB]Hart did single out David Silva for praise as the Spanish playmaker has been in fine form and put in an impressive shift in the weekend draw against Stoke. [LNB]'We have some great character in the side in people like David Silva,' added the England stopper. [LNB]'People will have looked at him on the pitch on Saturday and thought he had nothing to do with the game, but he ran the show. [LNB]Flying high: Keeper Hart in training on Tuesday[LNB]'That showed big character from him and lots of balls. And of course, we've got Carlos, physically not that big, but so big for us when it comes to football.' [LNB]City entertain Salzburg on Wednesday night in the Europa League and could book their place in the knockout stage but Hart has set his sights on topping Group A with the final game at Juventus just two weeks away. [LNB]He said: 'We have to look forward to Wednesday now and try to take the positives from our last couple of performances. We have two group games to go and want to win them both. Even if we qualify this week, we will go into the Juve game wanting to win it. [LNB]'People will see it that we can have a breather if we qualify this week, but we don't see it that way. We want to keep on rolling. We're fit, strong boys and the more games the merrier for us. [LNB]'Coming to the City of Manchester Stadium to play City is a big event for Salzburg and they will give everything they've got. We had a good win out there and we have to look to do that again.' [LNB] Pass marks: Silva impressed Hart in Saturday's 1-1 draw at the Britannia Stadium [LNB] Balotelli won't be shielded from racists when Man City take on Juventus Tottenham line up shock loan move for wantaway Man City striker AdebayorThiago Silva the trump card as AC Milan try to talk David Luiz into snubbing Manchester City and Chelsea for ItalyMANCHESTER CITY FC
