I'm no a wind-up: Manchester City's Mark Hughes[LNB]Mark Hughes insists he is not deliberately trying to wind up managers at the top end of the Barclays Premier League after poaching some of their best players this summer.[LNB]The Manchester City boss snared Gareth Barry from Aston Villa at the start of the transfer window and then recruited Emmanuel Adebayor and Kolo Toure from Arsenal.[LNB] Hughes has also angered David Moyes with his pursuit of Joleon Lescott which the Everton boss described as 'disgusting'.[LNB]The transfer of the England defender appears to be inching closer following Moyes' dramatic decision to leave Lescott out of his side's 4-0 win over Sigma Olomouc in the Europa League at Goodison Park on Thursday night.[LNB]Lescott's attitude has been called into question by Moyes since Everton turned down his transfer request but Hughes says there is nothing personal in the way he targets players.[LNB]'It is just a consequence of the quality of the players we needed,' he said.[LNB]'That quality plays at a certain level, in and around where we want to be. It is what happens when you want to get better.'[LNB] Manchester City topple the mighty Barcelona - now can they do it for real?
