Inter Milan have ramped up their bid to prise Carlos Tevez away from Manchester City by lodging a ?21million offer.[LNB]After city rivals AC Milan pulled out of the race to sign the rebel striker, Inter have now stepped up their chase.[LNB]The offer does not meet City's valuation of the player - although they may be tempted to accept the cash offer to wash their hands of the wantaway star.[LNB]Inter owner Massimo Moratti said: 'In football there are no secrets: the offer is €25m, now it's up to them whether they accept it or not.
