MARK Hughes has dismissed speculation about his future as ?hysteria? after his team's run of seven successive draws. It has been claimed that his job is on the line ahead of tonight's Carling Cup quarter-final against Arsenal and Saturday's Premier League crunch with Chelsea. But Hughes says he has lost no sleep over the criticism.
