HATCHET MAN: The one that got away! Shaun Wright-Phillips kicked up a stink

Shaun Wright-Phillips deserves a three-match ban for his behaviour at Stoke [LNB]last weekend. [LNB]The Manchester City[LNB]winger escaped any punishment from the referee for kicking out at Rory Delap - who was sent off in the game and has been charged with violent conduct. [LNB] [LNB]Take that: Wright-Phillips has a dig at Delap[LNB]An apparently similar incident later in the game hasn't been cited but was just as bad.[LNB]   More from Hatchet Man... HATCHET MAN: Adams' family is falling apart as Pompey head for the Championship[LNB]05/02/09 HATCHET MAN: Villa boss Martin O'Neill is only happy when he has something to moan about[LNB]05/02/09 HATCHET MAN: Take a Lucas around Rafa, it's all going wrong at Liverpool[LNB]05/02/09 HATCHET MAN: Talk of being able to live without Champions League riches could backfire on Gunners[LNB]04/02/09 HATCHET MAN: Ronaldo blew us away last season but he's all hot air this time around[LNB]04/02/09 HATCHET MAN: Moyes has a cheek to moan about refs when his Toffees keep sticking the boot in[LNB]04/02/09 HATCHET MAN: Do me a favour! [LNB]As a tricky wide player, Wright-Phillips may take more than his fair share of punishment but that is no excuse.
