Joe Hart looks set to leave Manchester City on loan to bolster his chances of making next summer's World Cup finals.[LNB] The 22-year-old lost his first-team place to Shay Given after the more experienced keeper was recruited in the January transfer window.[LNB]After a frustrating spell on the sidelines, City boss Mark Hughes believes allowing the young keeper to go out on loan will be beneficial to all parties.[LNB]Should he become available, Birmingham have been widely linked with a move to recruit the youngster on a season-long loan.[LNB]Hughes told the club's official website: "Joe is frustrated and obviously wants to play. [LNB]Situation"We will look at his situation in the coming weeks and it might be to both Joe's and the club's benefit if he did go out on loan.[LNB]"He'd be playing on a regular basis and, given his ability, he would no doubt improve his standing in the game and help his development and value to the club, so a loan is something we'll seriously think about."[LNB]Hart is currently with Stuart Pearce's England Under 21 squad preparing for the European Championship later this month.[LNB]He won his full England cap against Trinidad and Tobago at Port of Spain last June and wants to be playing regularly to push his credentials ahead of next summer's World Cup finals.[LNB]
