Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has quickly consigned Monday's disappointing loss to Everton to history.
City missed the chance to move top of the Barclays Premier League as they failed to break down the 10-man Toffees at Eastlands and lost 2-1.
England goalkeeper Hart says focus has already switched to the Boxing Day trip to Newcastle.
Hart said: "We've got a great squad and the games are going to come thick and fast in the next 10 days and we can't dwell on this result for too long.
"We need to go to Newcastle and get three points and then look to beat Aston Villa and Blackpool because if we do that, we won't be far off the top and we can go into the new year with our tails up."
