Joe Hart accepts he needs to take more care with his personal life but believes critics are "out to get" high-earning Manchester City players.[LNB] The England goalkeeper recently received a warning about his behaviour off the pitch from City boss Roberto Mancini, who has voiced his concern over a possible drinking culture at the club[LNB]Hart was pictured dancing on a bar in Marbella 36 hours before joining up with England and was filmed while apparently under the influence two weeks ago with club-mates Shay Given, Adam Johnson and Gareth Barry.[LNB]Hart said: "The manager just highlighted what's obvious for us all to see. That you've got to be a bit more careful in your private life. He wants us all to be ultra-professional.[LNB]"We know when we've got games that we've got to be switched on and do things right. But I think some people are out to get us. Not for everyone at the club, but for most people getting those nice contracts.[LNB]"That comes with it. You've got to respect things a bit more, live right and I think everyone does that. There's not one person in our dressing-room who I think doesn't deserve what they are getting. I feel that everyone lives right and the intensity is there in training.[LNB]"Sometimes it's hard, but at the same time it helps. It's helped me personally to realise what sort of a position I'm in. You have to understand that people want to know who you are and what you're doing.[LNB]"It's not just football any more. At a club like City you've got to be professional on and off the field. I think realising that you just can't do what you want to do and can't be involved in certain things will help me going forward."[LNB]Hart will be under the spotlight when City take on Manchester United in the Premier League on Wednesday, but so will team-mate and former Red Devil Carlos Tevez.[LNB]"Carlos leads by example," said Hart. "He's a phenomenal player and I'd say the best that I've played with.[LNB]"He can carry a team and he can carry 10 men. If we were all stinking and Carlos played well, there's a good chance that we'd still win."[LNB]Hart added: "He was great for United, but their manager will have his reasons why he didn't take Carlos on. I don't think you can question him. But their loss is our gain."
