The tricky winger has been in and out of the first team at Eastlands this season as boss Roberto Mancini looks to manage his development. And Black Cats boss Steve Bruce will hope to tempt the club and player with the offer more regular playing time, report the Daily Mail. However, Premier League rules state a club may only have two England-based players on loan in a season, and Sunderland already have United's Danny Welbeck and City's Nedum Onuoha. To get around that problem, Bruce hopes to make Onuoha's stay at the Stadium of Light permanent. Meanwhile, City have been linked with Porto's Brazilian star Hulk and Barcelona defender Dani Alves in the Mirror. What do you think? Have your say. | Submit Comments| Comments (24)| Printable VersionAdd A CommentEnter your comments:Sending
