The 19-year-old Israel international, dubbed the new Lionel Messi in his youth days at Barca, is reported to be on his way to Eastlands by Spanish newspaper Sport. The Blues were interested in the midfielder in the summer but a knee injury delayed the deal. However, he has undergone surgery and is available on a free transfer.
