Flitcroft appointed Chorley boss

12 May 2010 14:40
Ex-Manchester City midfielder Garry Flitcroft has been named manager of non-league Chorley in succession to former Hyde United chief Steve Wayall. Flitcroft's appointment to the Victory Park hot-seat follows his resignation from Chorley's UniBond North neighbours Leigh Genesis after they narrowly failed to make the play-offs. Flitcroft made well over a hundred appearances for the Blues from 1991-1996 before he was sold to Blackburn for £3.5million.| Submit Comments| Comments (5)| PrintWhat's this?
