In a thinly-veiled reference to the Spanish striker, Mancini declared on Thursday that he would consider spending some of City's owner Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al-Nahyan's billions on a "top player," an admission which brought a swift rebuke from Benitez.[LNB]"There are some things you cannot change in football," said the Liverpool manager.
