EXCLUSIVE: Ex-Man City boss Hughes weighs up Turkey hotseat for return

Mark Hughes is considering a return to football as manager of Turkey, two months after he was sacked by Manchester City.[LNB]Turkish delight: Hughes could return to management[LNB]Hughes, who started his managerial career with Wales, is giving it serious thought after the Turkish FA made contact with his agent.[LNB]Russia manager Guus Hiddink is another candidate the Turks have had in mind since Fatih Terim resigned after failing to qualify for the World Cup finals. [LNB]Hiddink remains in charge of Russia but his contract expires this year and he is expected to move on because Sergey Fursenko, the new Russian FA president, favours a change.[LNB]Since Hughes left City they have slipped from fifth to sixth in the Premier League and been knocked out of the Carling Cup by Manchester United.[LNB]Hughes's high point with Wales came when they reached a play-off for Euro 2004, only to lose to Russia.
