Elm won't be rushed

Rasmus Elm's agent insists he will not just be taking the biggest wage on offer when he decides on his future. The 21-year-old midfielder is attracting interest from Everton, Fulham and Manchester City - as well as clubs from Holland and Germany. Elm had an outstanding European Championship with Sweden Under 21s over the summer. The Swedish international is now considering his options, but his agent insisted he will not be rushed into making a decision. "He's had some real dream offers already and could have easily gone," his agent, Patick Mork, told Fotbolldirekt. "But he is fantastically strong and lets nothing stress him. Funny "He really is as cool as he looks. And the funniest part is that it won't be important who pays best when he decides on a new club." His club Kalmar are now ready to cash in on Elm, with many in his homeland claiming he is better than even Zlatan Ibrahimovic at the same age. "It is up to the clubs to settle that [the fee]. But I actually don't know more than that his value probably has increased," added Mork. "You must not forget that the market value is what someone is ready to pay, neither more nor less, and then experts can say whatever they want. "He can be as big as anyone. At this age he is comparable with Zlatan."
