Draw a fair result - Mancini

Roberto Mancini thought that City's draw at West Ham was a fair reflection on the final game of the season. "I think that it was a good game, the last game," Mancini told Sky Sports after the 1-1 draw at Upton Park. "We had a lot of chances to score a goal but I think a draw is the right result. "After Wednesday we were disappointed because we had a big chance to get the fourth position. "But that's football, I think that we worked very well this year." Mancini also revealed that he needs to bring some new faces to Eastlands during the close-season for City to improve on their fifth placed finish this term. "We improved from last year and now we want to improve for the next season. "We have a chance to buy new players, to improve in pre-season. I think this year will be an important year for us." "That we start together in pre-season is important for the manager and for the players and then we must buy new players and after we can say where we can arrive next season."
