David Silva loving the quiet life at Manchester City - just wait until he's warmed up

David Silva is one of the hottest talents in the Premier League but the Manchester City star is struggling with the cold weather. [LNB]Silva left Valencia for ?24million last summer and has been in superb form in his first season in England during City's challenge at the top of the Premier League while reaching the last four of the FA Cup. [LNB]Unlike some of his high-profile team-mates, attacking midfielder Silva enjoys the quiet life in the the north west but wishes it was a little bit warmer. The most complicated part about the adaptation has been the cold but I'm very good and comfortable with everything else. [LNB]'My life in Manchester is very tranquil. The tranquility is incredible, and the passion with which they live football. [LNB]'It's wonderful. British people are very fun. In the beginning, I only spoke with the Latin players and with Yaya Toure, who spoke Spanish, but now I'm better with the language and I get along really well with the English, with everyone.' [LNB] City slicker: Silva has enjoyed his debut season in the Barclays Premier League[LNB]The 25-year-old has settled in quickly considering he did not want to leave cash-strapped Valencia. [LNB]He added: 'Why did I leave Valencia? Because the club needed me to. I was happy there and I wouldn't have left, but the situation the club was in demanded it. [LNB]'It was a big injection of money and it was good for them. My life has always gone step by step. I suppose it was time to take the next one. [LNB]'City showed a great interest and I wanted to settle it quickly. It was a very interesting offer, a good club and I didn't have to think too much. Everyone agreed and I'm very happy.'
