The controversial loan signing of Craig Bellamy by Cardiff City isunder fresh scrutiny after it emerged the club failed to pay Feyenoordan agreed sell-on transfer fee for Glenn Loovens. [LNB]The Dutch club claim they are still waiting for a £350,000 fee afterLoovens, who joined Cardiff from Feyenoord in 2006 after a season onloan, was then sold to Celtic in 2008. [LNB]Feyenoord, angered that Cardiff continued to sign players while thematter was unresolved, have lodged a complaint with FIFA who arepursuing the case through the Wales FA.
