Craig Bellamy 'hurt' in nightclub brawl outside Eden Lounge nightclub in Cardiff
Craig Bellamy faces a police probe after the Wales striker was left battered and bruised following an alleged brawl outside a nightclub in Cardiff last weekend.[LNB]The 31-year-old firebrand was said to have been set upon by a gang of five men during an attack in the early hours of Sunday morning, according to a report today.[LNB]The 'bruised' on-loan Manchester City star managed to escape from the violence, making a getaway in a taxi before the player's friends were involved in another fight moments later, leaving two men with facial injuries, one said to be a policeman's son.[LNB] Attack: Craig Bellamy was reportedly set upon outside a nightclub in Cardiff during the early hours of Sunday morning[LNB]'Craig was set upon,' a source from Championship club Cardiff told The Sun, who said Bellamy now expects to face questions from the police over the alleged incident.[LNB]'They surrounded him and were goading him. He had just a couple of beers.
