GARRY Cook has apologised to Manchester City fans after an embarrassing gaffe at the official supporters' club's 60th anniversary dinner. The Blues' executive chairman was given the job of inducting German ace Uwe Rosler into City's hall of fame - but accidentally said the "United" hall of fame instead of City before correcting himself.
