Michael Johnson played for an hour on Tuesday night as Manchester City's reserves lost 2-0 at Middlesbrough.Making his first steps back towards the first team after seven months out with a groin problem, Johnson was unable to make a big impact on the game but at least came through apparently unscathed before being replaced after 60 minutes. The 21-year-old has only managed eight appearances for City this season.Bulgarian striker Valeri Bojinov played the full 90 minutes tonight after missing the last two games through injury.[LNB]
