Tens of thousands of City fans are expected to line the streets of Manchester later today for a victory parade after the club won the Premier League title.

In the most exciting end to a Premier League season ever, two injury time goals sealed a 3-2 victory over QPR and won Roberto Mancini's men the title - their first in 44 years.

The players will parade through the city in an open-top bus, starting at Albert Square at 18:30 BST.

It will travel on a 1.8 mile route, due to end in Corporation Street.
