While on international duty and speaking with Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo, the former Valencia midfielder has stated that he is happy in Manchester and has no intention of returning to his homeland soon."I'm very happy in Manchester and I think this is similar to what happens every year,” the 27-year-old said."There are always rumours and, in the end, the player has to be calm. I renewed my contract because I am happy over there (in Manchester)."
