Wales withdrawl: Manchester City's Craig Bellamy[LNB]Craig Bellamy has pulled out of Wales duty to spark suggestions the injury-prone striker is ready to call time on international friendlies.   [LNB]Bellamy, who is among three players to withdrawal for Saturday's home nations clash with Scotland, has been advised to rest his troublesome knee injury by club side Manchester City.  [LNB]But the Wales captain's absence will only heighten speculation that he will opt to pick and choose his future Wales games.  [LNB] Bellamy only hinted last month he could become an international part-timer and sacrifice playing for his country in friendly games to prolong his club career.  [LNB] The 30-year-old forward will be joined on the sidelines by Premier League pair James Collins (groin) and Simon Davies (foot).   [LNB]It means there are first call-ups for St Mirren's Andy Dorman and rookie Cardiff teenager Adam Matthews.   [LNB] Pick and choose: Bellamy's absence from the squad to play Scotland on Saturday has added to rumours he will play only certain games for his country[LNB]Dorman, who was born in Chester but grew up in Wales, is now eligible thanks to FIFA's new school rule. He has no Welsh roots but is in line for an international bow having spent five years of his education in Wales.   [LNB]Meanwhile, John Toshack has added striker Robert Earnshaw and Swansea midfielder to his squad.  [LNB] City, Chelsea and United on alert as Bayern prepare to sell Franck RiberyRobinho's Barca switch hits buffers as City's Brazil forward balks at loan dealManchester City 3 Burnley 3: City boss Mark Hughes says fans must be patientMANCHESTER CITY FC
