City handed Hawthorns test
Manchester City have been drawn away to West Bromwich Albion in the third round of the Carling Cup.
The last time City faced the Baggies they ran out 4-2 winners in a Barclays Premier League clash at the City of Manchester Stadium on April 19, 2009.
The tie will be played in the week commencing September 20.
