Chelsea had taken over at the head of the title market after last weekend's 2-1 victory over City but the disappointing 2-0 defeat at Newcastle has seen the bookies move Jose Mourinho's men out to 11/4.
Arsenal are the side currently sitting top of the Premier League and are five points clear of second-placed Chelsea following the 2-0 win over Liverpool.
The Gunners have been cut to 7/2 to stay at the summit but Liverpool are out to 9/1 following the Emirates Stadium loss.
Manchester United beat Fulham 3-1 at Craven Cottage and David Moyes' outfit are 8/1 shots for the title with an eight-point gap to make up to Arsenal.
