Why do you make a rash decision? Why don't you just wait?   [LNB]'He grabbed his card without talking to anyone. He made his mind up too quickly. Sometimes he is too quick with his decisions. He needs to chill a little bit more. [LNB]'I think he was going a little bit too fast because of the situation in the crowd. He should not be affected by that. He should focus on taking his time.'[LNB] Wigan boss Roberto Martinez asked to explain himself after branding ref a 'liar' over sending off at Manchester CityMan City 3 Wigan 0: Tevez serves up a shin and tonic with stunning hat-trickMANCHESTER CITY FC
