Capello's side were dumped out of the competiton after losing 4-1 to Germany, but Capello has stated he would like to carry on as manager if the FA allow him to. He said: "When I chose the players I had been following the players for a very long time and I decided on the best players who finished the season. "If they are fresher I don't know.
