Bruce warns Ronaldo and Tevez: You'd be mad to leave Old Trafford

Former Manchester United captain Steve Bruce last night warned Carlos Tevez and Cristiano Ronaldo that they will be making a huge mistake if they leave Old Trafford. Striker Tevez is on his way out of United - with Liverpool and Manchester City watching developments - when his two-year loan deal expires at the end of the season, while Ronaldo looks increasingly likely to be granted his dream move to Real Madrid. But ahead of tonight's visit of the Barclays Premier League champions to the JJB Stadium, Wigan boss Bruce said: Rafa's man? OK, it's not a real picture, but our little bit of photo trickery is still certain to make Sir Alex's blood boil 'Once you leave Old Trafford you find it very difficult. Not manyhave gone on to do well elsewhere, whether they have been a reserve orhave been there for 10 years. It's very difficult to adjust. Sir AlexFerguson has to be the No 1 manager of all time.'
