Bellamy back for Wales, Morison in

Craig Bellamy should make his first Wales appearance in 10 months against Luxembourg next week, while Millwall's Steve Morison is called up.[LNB] Manchester City striker Bellamy has missed Wales' last four outings but has been included in a 23-man party for the friendly at Llanelli's Parc y Scarlets next Wednesday.[LNB]Morison also features for the first time after pledging his allegiance to Wales while Cardiff defender Darcy Blake could also be in line for a first cap.[LNB]Bellamy's international future became the subject of speculation when boss John Toshack overlooked him for a friendly against Sweden in March.[LNB]Toshack, however, stressed that he was merely taking the opportunity to explore other options as the player had indicated a preference to sit out friendlies due to a knee condition.[LNB]Any perceived differences between the pair then appeared to have been put aside in May as Bellamy was named in the initial squad for a friendly in Croatia.[LNB]He was later forced to pull out due to injury but his inclusion for next week's final match before the Euro 2012 qualifiers begin is a boost for Wales.[LNB]Bellamy was one of a raft of players to withdraw from the Croatia fixture for a variety of reasons.[LNB]Toshack was left with just 13 of his original selections and had to draft in four players from the Under-21s to make up the numbers.[LNB]Those four debutants - Mark Bradley, Neil Taylor, Christian Ribeiro and Hal Robson-Kanu - all miss out now having rejoined Brian Flynn's youngsters for a friendly in Malta next week.[LNB]Tottenham full-back Gareth Bale, Fulham midfielder Simon Davies, new Norwich signing Andrew Crofts, Sheffield United's Ched Evans and Leicester forward Andy King all return.[LNB]Neil Eardley and David Vaughan of Blackpool are back after missing the trip to Croatia due to the Championship play-off final, as does former Cardiff midfielder Joe Ledley, now of Celtic.[LNB]London-born Morison has answered Toshack's call after the Football Association of Wales discovered he has a Welsh grandparent.[LNB]The 26-year-old caught the eye by scoring 23 goals in Millwall's League One promotion campaign having been snapped up from non-League Stevenage just a year ago.[LNB]Under-21 international Blake has been called up as reward for his fine performances during Cardiff's run to Wembley last season.[LNB]Toshack is without James Collins, Lewin Nyatanga and Joe Allen due to injury while Aaron Ramsey and Jack Collison are long-term absentees.[LNB]The FAW could face complaints from Football League clubs reluctant to release players as the match clashes with the first round of the Carling Cup.
