Barcelona are deciding whether to give up on plans to sign Robinho from Manchester City.[LNB]Who wants me? Robinho's future is still uncertain [LNB]The European champions are in Abu Dhabi for the Club World Cup and will use the opportunity to re-assess their chances of luring the Brazil player this winter, according to reports in Spain.[LNB]Barca's interest has cooled following greater resistance than anticipated from City and coach Pep Guardiola's feeling that the signing is not essential.[LNB]Club president Joan Laporta suggested recently that they would sign Robinho or no-one in January, and it looks increasingly likely the 25-year-old will remain at Eastlands.[LNB]Laporta could seek talks with City owner Sheik Mansour later this week, once the Abu Dhabi royal returns from a business trip to Kuwait.[LNB]Barca are keen on an initial loan doal for Robinho that would put them under no obligation to sign him in the summer.[LNB]That is unlikely to be acceptable either to the player or to City, who paid a British record £34million to take him from Real Madrid in September 2008.[LNB]Robinho appeared to have closed the door on a move last week by saying he could stay at City for 10 years, but Catalan paper El Mundo Deportivo scurrilously reports that the quotes are old and that a Nou Camp move would still be his dream.[LNB]City boss Mark Hughes has consistently insisted that his forward is both happy and not for sale.[LNB] Manchester City star Bridge ready to be back in action for start of 2010Bentley ready to beg Redknapp for a January ticket out of TottenhamAfter Arsene Wenger's Anfield rant - five great half-time rollickingsConsistent Micah plays himself into good books with City boss HughesMANCHESTER CITY FC
