Arjen Robben reveals Manchester City target Rafael van der Vaart wants to move to Bayern Munich

Manchester City could be left licking their wounds in the transfer market again after Dutch star Arjen Robben claimed Blues target Rafael van der Vaart is desperate to join him at Bayern Munich.[LNB]Van der Vaart has failed to hold down a regular first-team place at Real Madrid and his Holland team-mate Robben believes he is keen on  a return to the Bundesliga where he starred previously for Hamburg.[LNB]According to reports in Spain, City officials flew to Madrid this weekin a bid to lure Van der Vaart, along with team-mates Fernando Gago andGonzalo Higuain, to Eastlands.[LNB] Double Dutch: Rafael van der Vaart wants to join Arjen Robben at Bayern Munich, according to the former Chelsea man[LNB]However it seems all but one of those targets, Gago, could end up making the move.  [LNB]Van der Vaary has also caught the eye of Manchester United but Robben, who knocked the Red Devils out the Champions League, is sure if his compatriot is to leave La Liga it will be for Germany.[LNB]'Rafael told me that FC Bayern is a great club when we were playing together at Real Madrid,' Robben told Kicker magazine.
