Adebayor to leave Angola
CITY star Emmanuel Adebayor has told French radio that the Togo team will head home from the African Nations Cup this afternoon on the advice of the Togolese government. Iniatally the squad was said to be leaving but confusion surrounded the competition when a number of Adebayor's team-mates were quoted as saying they were keen to play on as a mark of respect to those killed and injured in Friday's gun attack in the Angolan enclave of Cabinda.
