Simpson not thinking too far ahead

Simpson was placed in charge following the death of Keith Alexander and has since guided the Silkmen to two wins and a draw. Simpson served as Alexander's assistant, and his impressive work as caretaker manager has prompted talk that he could be handed the reins on a permanent basis. "To be honest I haven't really had time to think about it that much," said Simpson. "All I am worrying about for now is this football club. Let's get a few more points on the board and we can then start to think about the future."
