Macclesfield Town have snapped up striker Martin Gritton on a two-year contract following his release by Lincoln City.
The 28-year-old frontman started his career with Plymouth argyle and also enjoyed a productive spell with Torquay United, before heading north to link up with Grimsby Town and then Lincoln.
Silkmen boss Paul Ince told the club's official website: "Martin has a proven track record of scoring goals at this level and that combination of experience and knowing where the goal is was something I was looking for.
"Successful teams usually have one or two players who bang in 15 or 20 goals in a season.
"That was something missing last year and I'm hoping that Martin can fill that role for us."
