Silkmen hand new deal to Reid

Macclesfield Town midfielder Izak Reid has agreed a new two-year deal at Moss Rose.

Reid has spent his entire professional career with the League Two club, joining them as a 15-year-old.

Reid, now 22, rose through the ranks at the club and broke into the first team in 2006 when Paul Ince was in charge.

The wide player, who can also play as a wing-back, has made 55 starts for the Silkmen, with a further 23 appearances coming from the bench.
