Silkmen bring Butcher on board

The Silkmen were keen to bolster their squad following injuries to Hamza Bencherif and Ross Draper. The 29-year-old could make his debut in Tuesday's trip to Bury and Alexander said: "I know him as a player although it's been a few years since we were at the same club together. "He's a very experienced midfielder with good attacking ability and he will be a good addition to the squad here. I'm very happy to have been able to bring him in."
