Macc move for Maltese star

Macclesfield Town manager Ian Brightwell has strengthened his defensive options by snaring the Malta international Luke Dimech on a one-year deal.
The 30-year-old spent two seasons with Mansfield Town and the 2005-06 campiagn with Chester City before returning to his homeland 12 months ago.
"It's great to get another chance to show what I can do," Dimech told the Silkmen's official website.
"I'm looking forward to getting involved in training and hopefully to be selected in one or two of the pre-season friendlies.
"I know I have to sit the weekend out though, as my international clearance won't be through yet."
