Macclesfield Town midfielder Jordan Hadfield has signed a two-year contract extension with the League Two strugglers.
The 19-year-old former Stockport County trainee was on a one-year deal with the Silkmen, but has impressed enough to earn a fresh contract running until the summer of 2009.
He told the club's official website: "It's great for me to get another two years at Macclesfield.
"I'm still learning and as a midfielder who better to work with than the manager (Paul Ince).
"I scored my first goal for Macc on Tuesday and now this, so it's been a pretty good week for me."
Hadfield has been a virtual ever-present for Town this season, netting his first Macc goal in the 3-2 loss at Hartlepool United in midweek.
