Macclesfield Town manager Keith Alexander has released five members of his first-team squad as he starts to plan for next season.
Luke Dimech, Richard Edghill, Levi Reid, Andrew Teague and Jamie Tolley have all been told they will not be offered new contracts when their current deals expire this summer.
Nick Blackman, Jonny Brain, Gareth Evans, Matthew Flynn, James Jennings and Izak Reid have all been offered new deals, while second year youth team players Chris Dykes, Danny Egan, Ben Hunt, Matthew Pearson James Rothel and Danny White have not been retained.
Alexander told the Silkmen's official website: "Decisions have to be taken and I'm pleased with what I hope to be the start of the process of building a squad capable of challenging in League Two next season.
"It's clearly a young squad at the moment and we need to find a balance between youth and experience. But in the likes of Martin Gritton, Francis Green and Terry Dunfield we have a lot of experience and good role models for the younger lads."
