Evans agrees Silkmen stay

Macclesfield Town striker Gareth Evans has committed his immediate future to the club by agreeing a new one-year deal with the Silkmen.
The 20-year-old moved to Moss Rose last summer after being released by Crewe Alexandra and went on to score seven times in 21 starts and 25 appearances from the substitute's bench last term.
"Gareth's an important part of our striking options for next season," boss Keith Alexander told Macc's official website.
"He's only 20 and is still learning his trade but he has a presence on the pitch.
"He's aggressive and clearly has improved in his first season playing senior football. If he can continue that progress, then I'm confident he'll score goals for us."
