Alexander seals Butcher reunion

Macclesfield boss Keith Alexander has returned to his former club Lincoln to sign midfielder Richard Butcher on a month's emergency loan.The Silkmen were keen to bolster their squad following injuries to Hamza Bencherif and Ross Draper.Butcher could make his debut in Tuesday's trip to Bury and Alexander said: "I know him as a player although it's been a few years since we were at the same club together."He's a very experienced midfielder with good attacking ability and he will be a good addition to the squad here. I'm very happy to have been able to bring him in."
