Alexander keen for a keeper

Macclesfield Town boss Keith Alexander is keen to try and secure the signing of a new goalkeeper as soon as possible.
Jonny Brain is currently the only keeper on the Silkmen's books and Alexander is aware that he needs to given competition for a starting spot at Moss Rose.
He told the Macclesfield Express: "Jonny Brain had no competition for his place on the tour of Ireland and he made a couple of mistakes.
"We knew we needed another goalkeeper anyway and so we'll see how those on trial do.
"We're back home and working hard and we'll know where we are by the end of this week.
"If it doesn't work out with the lads we've got here on trial, then we'll look elsewhere."
