Macclesfield Town manager Keith Alexander has agreed a new two-year deal with the club.
The former Lincoln City and Peterborough United boss took over at Moss Rose in February and since being appointed has all but banished the club's relegation fears.
Chairman Mike Rance told the Silkmen's official website: "We're all delighted that negotiations with Keith have been successful and we look forward to working with him more over the next two seasons.
"Results since he arrived have been just what we needed and, while we're not mathematically safe yet, we're very close."
