Wright expected to face Bees
The 29-year-old has been out since the 2-2 draw at Morecambe on August 22 but could return as Ian Hendon's high-flying side arrive at Moss Rose.
Reid said: "Ben Wright has been doing well in training since picking up his groin strain ahead of the Rotherham game.
"He's been doing some running for the last couple of days and we are hoping that he will step that up.
"He should be back in with the first team on Friday and there's every chance that he could be available for selection on Saturday."
